The study identifies that the nurses should utilize their education and training optimally to boost the quality of services and level of reliability. The government spends enormous resources to facilitate effective training of the nursing professionals. In this regard, the nurses should fully utilize the skills acquired to avoid wastage of valuable resources. In essence,Ã partial employment of the skills acquired during the training period might result in poor performance and thereby tarnish the image of the nursing profession. The report establishes that partnership between the various professionals in the health sector is a major transformational tool. In this regard, it can be identified that the nurses should form workplace relationship with medical professionals in the various areas of occupation. However, the government should establish structures that facilitate smooth interaction of nurses and other medical partners (Leininger, 2005).

A Song in the Front Yard is about a girl who wants to do things she wants to do and not follow rules laid down by society. She wants to be adventurous and experience a different kind of life. It is also about the same girl remembering after she becomes a woman, how her mother had kept her away from the back yard. Now after growing up she wants to ââ¬Å"peekâ⬠into the life in the back yard. Here the poet wants us to know that a time always comes when we want to know what we have missed in life. This poem was one of Brooksââ¬â¢ early poems, yet her African heritage and her identity with it comes through. The lines such as ââ¬Å"Iââ¬â¢ve stayed in the front yard all my lifeâ⬠â⬠¦ ââ¬Å"I want to go in the back yard now / And maybeà down the alley" (Brooks, 1963), à in the poemà symbolically, represent what the poe t wants to convey. The "front yardâ⬠here represents the pretenseà of imitating other cultureà while the "back yard"à is an indicationà of a return to oneââ¬â¢s own heritage.à From the poem it is clear that living in the "front yard" is synonymous with living a good life and that "back yard" is synonymous to living a bad life. The girl in the poem thinks living a "bad" life is more fun, in spite of what other peopleââ¬â¢s, especially her motherââ¬â¢ views on this. Here she says: ââ¬Å"My mother sneers, but I say its fine â⬠¦Ã¢â¬ ¦Ã¢â¬ ¦/ My mother, she tells me that Johnnie Mae/Will grow up to be a bad woman/But I say its fine./ Honest I do./And Id like to be a bad woman tooâ⬠(Brooks).These lines demonstrate that the girl is ready to accept the consequences of being a bad woman. In the poem, the young girl feels trapped as her mother tries to shield her from what is there in the "back yard".
